Warranty and Return Contract

Warranty conditions

Originality of all our products Genç Ocak Mobilya San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. is guaranteed. Please check the product during delivery to ensure that the warranty conditions apply. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Our company is not liable for the damages and deformations of the products received from the unregistered cargo. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

 

Product Return Conditions

In the event that the product you purchased through our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us via whatsapp communication on our page within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the defective product which you will send us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product will not be returned and exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.

 

How long is the return period?

 

If you wish to return your ordered product for any reason after receiving it, you can return it within 3 days from the date you received it.

 

How do I get the money for the product I returned?

The refund will be made to the card you pay with your bank / credit card orders. For money order / EFT orders, you must submit your 26 digit IBAN number starting with TR for the refund. Your payment will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after your return is confirmed. Information on the subject is provided by e-mail. Shipping fee (return) for the returned products belongs to the customer.
